Refund policy
Returns and exchanges must be made within 15 business days of purchase. Any returns will be accepted for credit only.
It is not valid in case of:
1- Detachment of stones as a result of blows or aggressive agents.
2- Changes or transformations of pieces not related to LISSY GOLD JEWELRY.
3- Abuse
4- Scratches or deterioration of the original shape of the jewel due to improper use.
Los cambios y devoluciones deberan realizarse dentro de los proximos 7 dias habiles despues de la compra. Cualquier devolucion sera aceptada para credito solamente.
No tiene validez en caso de:
1- Desprendimiento de piedras producto de golpes o agentes agresivos.
2- Cambios o transformaciones de piezas ajenas a JASNY JEWELRY.
3- Maltrato
4- Raspaduras o deterioro de forma original de la joya por uso indebido.

Returns/Refunds are only given to orders that are defective, If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a Return. Exchange are only accepted if item is not as described on the product description or defective.
